Our Story
Built to Serve God started with a fundraiser.
Maurice Epps wanted to support a mission trip, so he pulled people together for a night of worship and fitness. One event. One ask.
What happened in that room made it clear something bigger was needed — a space where believers could grow physically and spiritually while serving a mission beyond themselves.
BTSG is that space. We train believers, advance the Kingdom, and support missions locally and globally. Not an event. A movement.

Founder
Maurice founded Built to Serve God to unite worship, training, and mission in one community. He leads BTSG's vision and mission work, through supporting mission trips locally and globally, including South Africa and the Dominican Republic.

Taylor partners with Maurice to lead BTSG, helping shape the community, events, and discipleship programming that ground the ministry.
What We Believe
We obey God regardless of visible results.

Discipline is devotion expressed through the body.

Strength exists to serve God and others, never ego.
